What is included in a furnished apartment?
Corporate Furniture Package includes: Living Room, Dining, and Bedroom Furniture, Housewares, Linens, 32” Flat Screen TV, Artwork, and Kitchen items.
• Linens – Towels, sheets, comforters, blankets, and pillows
• Housewares – Pots & Pans, dishes, glasses, utensils etc.
• Utilities – Electric, water, trash, compactor, digital cable, and wireless internet
• Customer Service to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay
What is the minimum stay?
Minimum stay is 30 days. This gives you the flexibility of going month to month while getting to know the area and search for the right home. There is a sales tax for any stay less than 90 days, this tax varies based on the county and city of occupancy.
What’s the difference between Corporate Accommodations and a Hotel?
Corporate Accommodations offers temporary apartments that are in actual apartment home communities. This means your neighbors are permanent residents, not hotel guests staying in the room next to you an average of three days. These residential properties are home. You can get comfortable for a month or two, or a year or two. Hang your photos, decorate how you like, make it personal, and really “move in” during your temporary stay.
Corporate Accommodations corporate apartments are less expensive than any travel hotel or extended stay lodging. They feature full size kitchens, with all the kitchen items you need for real cooking. Unlike a hotel kitchenette where all you will get is a microwave. Our apartments also feature a full size washer/dryer, as opposed to a shared laundry room at a hotel.
Each bedroom and closet is spacious and home sized, not cramped like a hotel. Large queen beds and ample furniture are standard, and a separate living room truly gives you the space you need to stretch out and relax!
Does Corporate Accommodations offer smoke-free apartments?
Yes, most locations are smoke-free. However, even apartments that are designated to allow cigarette smoking may charge up to $400 at departure to remove the smoke odor from apartment furniture, carpeting, bedding and even walls. Smoking in a smoke free designated apartment can be even more expensive to recondition.
How will I be billed?
We accept direct pay by credit card, or invoice by email and US postal mail, by request. Invoices are itemized and include name of resident, address of apartment, dates for billing period, and the amount of rent. We can also include PO numbers or other info by request.
Invoices are pro-rated based on the move-in date and move-out date. The first rent payment is due at the time of move-in. Invoices are sent out around the 18th of every month and are due on the first of the month.
Are there fees, deposits and background checks?
There is a $50.00 application fee, which includes a credit and criminal background check. A major credit card is required as deposit for all apartments (not a debit card). We also require a $500 refundable security deposit.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.
Can I bring my pet and if so, are there fees?
Yes – We have pet friendly communities. Some communities have fenced in dog runs so your pet can run and play without the worry of being on a leash.
There are pet fees. These will vary based on the type of pet, size, weight and height. The pet fee is a non-refundable fee that is charged by the communities for the privilege of having the pet in the apartment. It is not a deposit for damages, you are still responsible for any damage your pet may do to the apartment, furniture and housewares. The pet fees range from $200.00 to $500.00 per pet. Additional restrictions may apply based on the apartment community.
Some communities also charge pet rent. This is an additional monthly fee and ranges from $10.00 to $40.00 depending on the pet size and weight. Most apartment communities have breed restrictions – we follow these restrictions.
